Hi, I’m so glad you’re here!
I’m Rebecca (she/her), a therapist who’s been on both sides of the couch. I’m also a dog mom, yogi, and lover of nature and coffee.
I bring ten years of experience working with clients of all ages and backgrounds. I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety, ADHD, grief, and relationship issues. I believe in showing up authentically with my clients and creating a space where you can do the same.
What I’ve learned is that everyone already carries strengths within them — and therapy is a space to uncover and build on those strengths.
